• Exceed your rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Resell access to the API without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FromYou, LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Images generated through our Service are provided for your use subject to these Terms. You retain rights to your prompts and the generated outputs, subject to any limitations imposed by applicable law.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
